1. Do I need to have had any previous boxing experience?
No, you don’t need to have done any boxing in the past to take part in our program.
2. Do I need to be fit and healthy to do Fight Like a Pro?
No, the program will work with whatever fitness level you are at, and we have found that most participants loose an average of 5 – 10 kg over the course of the 10 weeks, and have transferred the discipline to other areas of there lives.
3. How many sessions will I need to do per week?
It is recommended that you do a minimum of 3 sessions per week?
4.How am I matched to my opponent?
Boxers are matched according to ability, Gavin’s goal is that every fight is evenly matched.
5. How do I pay?
Fight Like a Pro excepts Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer. There are payment plans available to suit any budget. You can also source your own sponsor and we will advertise there business on your fight night.
6. Are there any other costs involved?
No, everything is included in the price. All training sessions, gloves, headgear, wraps, training tshirt, cap, fight night shorts and singlet, trophy, Fight night DVD, Photo CD and memorabillia pack.
